Joseph Krahn, CPA, CA, CBV

Prior to joining Triangle Capital Corporation, Joseph served as Chief Financial Officer of Barnhart Asset Management, a boutique private equity firm based in Toronto specializing in retail real estate investments in Canada and Mexico. Previously, Joseph was a member of the Valuation group (Finance) at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), and was primarily responsible for the valuation of OTPP’s private real estate portfolio (i.e. Cadillac Fairview) and OTPP’s private infrastructure assets. Before joining OTPP, Joseph spent six years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), first articling in PwC’s audit and assurance group, and the remainder in financial advisory, with experience in business valuation, consulting, and due diligence.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Manitoba and the following professional designations: Chartered Accountant, Chartered Professional Accountant, and Chartered Business Valuator.
